PURPOSE: An automatic displacement detecting apparatus, a method thereof, a slop maintenance system using the same, and a method thereof are provided to execute the real time data transmission and the remote control through an internet network. CONSTITUTION: An automatic displacement detecting apparatus comprises a multiple target(100), a camera(200), and a computer(300). The multiple target has plural base targets installed in the displacement detecting zone of a slope and plural auxiliary targets. The camera is installed in the position spaced from the displacement detecting zone. The camera photographs the displacement detecting zone of the slope every preset time. The camera converts the photographed images into the digital data having a plurality of pixels. The computer decides whether or not the abnormality is generated in the displacement detecting zone of a slope.
