GENES CONTROLLING DIFFERENTIATION OF HEMATOPOIETIC STEM CELLS INTO MEGAKARYOCYTES AND PLATELETS, AND USE THEREOF

PURPOSE: A gene which regulating differentiation of hematopoietic stem cells to magakaryocytes and platlet is provided to simply detect differentiation. CONSTITUTION: A composition for detecting marker contains an agent for measuring expression of KLF2(Kruppel-like factor 2), LOC138255(OTTHUMP00000021439), GDF15(growth differentiation factor 15), or INHBE(inhibin, beta E). The composition is used for detecting differentiation of hematopoietic stem cells to megakaryocyte and platlet. The hematopoietic stem cells are human bone marrow leukemia cell line. An agent for measuring gene expression level is an agent for measuring mRNA or protein of genes. The agent is a primer or antibody. A kit for detecting differentiation marker to megakaryocyte and platlet contains the composition for detecting the marker. A method for detecting differentiation comprises: a step of contacting antibody to a protein encoding the differentiation-regulatory gene with hematopoietic stem cell to form antigen-antibody complex; and a step of comparing the complex formulation with a control group.
