PURPOSE: A terminal and method for ristricting access to data is provided to access each user oneself to data. CONSTITUTION: The flash memory(250) stores the user identification information of the USM card in the spare area of each pages. The FAT (File Allocation Table)(260) stores the physical address and logical address of the pages. The page manager(240) presently compares with the user identification of the USM card. The access about data is controlled according to the comparison result.
