LIGHT EMITTING DIODE PACKAGE

摘要

PURPOSE: A light emitting diode package is provided to improve the emission efficiency generated from a light emitting diode by using a carbon nano tube. CONSTITUTION: In a light emitting diode package, a light emitting diode(100) generates the light. A housing accepts the light emitting diode. A carbon nano tube layer(120) is formed on the outer surface of the housing, and the heat generated from the light emitting diode is transferred to the outside. A molding unit(130) covers up the light emitting diode. The carbon nano-tube layer is formed on external surface of the housing excluding an opening of the housing which is exposed to the outside.
