PURPOSE: A cervical spine and lumbar vertebra towing device is provided, which can tow the cervical spine and lumbar vertebra at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A cervical spine and lumbar vertebra towing device comprises a frame(10); a head fixing unit(30) which is installed in one side of the frame in order to be slid and in which the head of a user is settled and fixed; a buttock fixing unit(50) which is installed in the central part of frame in order to be slid and in which the buttock of the user is settled and fixed; and a tractive force providing part(70) which is installed in the other end of the frame and hauls the cervical spine and lumbar vertebra at the same time.
