<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control unit rewriting system of a fuel cell vehicle capable of conducting rewriting of a control program without damaging the equipment relating to scavenging of a fuel cell and a compressor or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The control unit rewriting system of the fuel cell vehicle 1 is provided with the fuel cell, an air-compressor for supplying scavenging gas to the fuel cell, a scavenging-related control unit 45 memorizing rewritable a control program relating execution of scavenging of the fuel cell by a rewriting tool 9 and controlling a scavenging-related unit including the air-compressor and the fuel cell based on the control program, and a rewriting execution determination part 462 prohibiting the rewriting of the control program memorized in the scavenging-related control unit 45 when it determines the scavenging of the fuel cell is to be executed or is in execution and if it is determined the scavenging is to be executed or in execution. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
