PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that though a disposer installed at a sink outlet and crushing finely and treating garbage such as leftover meals and uneaten foods of meals, and water together is compact and convenient, it has been troubled over breeding of molds and bacteria since the garbage is crushed and treated in a treatment chamber inside and a discharge part, and though some disposers incorporate a natural purification into the structure, the infallibleness cannot be expected because of the crushing of the garbage. SOLUTION: As a result of considering the problems widely, the breeding of bacteria, and occurrences of molds, odor, etc. can be successfully prevented by antibacterial coat-processing the treatment chamber inside and the discharge part, particularly, coat-processing with a titanium-fluororesin in which an organic titanium compound and a fluororesin are chemically combined, and by utilizing the water flow in the treatment chamber inside with synergetic effects.
