PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep the appearance of a cushion body good even if the elastic deformation of the cushion body progresses due to its creeping action by squashing up the cushion body into a flat shape with the cushion body kept virtually circular when the cushion body is subjected to compressive force to deform. SOLUTION: A cushion clip is equipped with a clip body 20 inserted into a fitting hole formed in any one of a fixed member and a movable member and a cushion body 10 for absorbing an impact shock by means of elastic deformation in order to stop the movement of the movable member coming closer to the fixed member to absorb the impact shock caused by the movable body. In the cushion clip, the cushion body 10 has a hallow dome shape and includes a circular opening 12 communicating with the inside and the outside in the center of the top 10b of the cushion body.
