<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microbubble generator and a generation valve by which the generation amount of bubble and the diameter of bubble can be controlled accordingly by changing a liquid flow rate and an air suction amount by controlling the valve, so that microbubbles can be applied, and which can contribute to miniaturization and maintenability. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A microbubble generating part 13 is provided at an end 1a of the valve 1 of the microbubble generator. In the microbubble generator and the generation valve, the microbubble generator introduces liquid with a primary inflow amount varied according to the opening of a valve element of the valve 1 to the microbubble generating part 13, and changes the intake volume of air corresponding to the increase and decrease of the negative pressure in the microbubble generating part 13, thereby properly adjusting both of or either one of the diameter of bubble and athe mount of bubble.
