<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a caster capable of stably traveling a mobile body without increasing the number of parts. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This caster 20 is mounted in a lower part of the mobile body 10. The caster 20 has a wheel 31, a holding member 32 for holding the wheel 31, a rotation mechanism 33 for rotatably supporting the holding member 32 and a rotation regulation means 45 for regulating a rotating operation of the holding member 32.
