<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a jetting opening to surely be closed by a cap member. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The jetting opening is tightly closed by forming a tightly closed space around the jetting opening by pressing the cap member on a sealing face formed around the jetting opening. Here, the sealing face is processed into a curved shape convex to a cap side. When the sealing face is processed into a curved shape, fine irregularities on the surface are extended by extending the surface of the sealing face. Thereby, as intervals between the irregularities are widened, the surface of the pressed cap can easily penetrate the irregularities. By this, since gaps between irregularities can be filled with the cap member, the air tightness of the tightly closed space is improved, and as the result, it becomes possible to surely tightly close the jetting opening with the tightly closed space.
