<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stencil printing device which enables the accurate adjustment of an image position when whatever paper is used for double face printing. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The stencil printing device 1 which includes; a printing part 2 having a plate cylinder 11 and a pressing means 12; an auxiliary tray 8; a re-fed paper delivery means 19; a re-fed paper resist means 18; a re-feeding means 9 which temporarily stores paper P with a print image formed on the surface thereof by the printing part 2 and thereafter re-feeds it toward the printing part 2 conducts a surface printing process wherein a surface image is printed on one side of the paper P and thereafter prints a backside image on the other side of the paper P enabling double face printing. A plate cylinder detection means 46 which detects the position of the plate cylinder 11 during rotation and a paper leading edge detection means 47 which detects the leading edge of the paper P re-fed by the re-feeding means 9 are provided thereby controlling the circumferential velocity of the re-fed paper resist means 18 based on positions of the plate cylinder 11 and the leading edge of the paper P.
