PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method by which a biodiesel fuel can efficiently be dehydrated without using solid adsorbent. SOLUTION: The dehydration degree is improved by spraying the water-containing biodiesel fuel at a temperature of≥85°C under a reduced pressure condition of≤0.04 Mpa from two or more directions or from mutually facing two directions so as to collide to each other so that the sprayed particles of the water-containing biodiesel fuel may collide under flying, or installing a baffle plate for the collision of the particles of the biodiesel fuel in the direction in which the water-containing biodiesel fuel is sprayed.
