<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle weighing system capable of simply and precisely weighing a vehicle while moving the vehicle, drastically reducing the labor hour and cost of its measurement, correctly determining an overloaded state and making a driver etc. appropriately grasp the overloaded state and immediately cope therewith. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The acceleration of the vehicle 80 and an inclination of its vehicle body 81 are detected, and a detected value is substituted in a relational expression of vehicle weight, the acceleration and the inclination, thereby calculating the vehicle weight, and then load weight is obtained from the vehicle weight, thereby determining whether or not the vehicle is in the overloaded state. Therefore, by a minimum necessary weighing mechanism, the vehicle weight in its moving state can be derived rapidly, and the labor hour and cost for acquiring the vehicle weight are drastically reduced, and the determination can be made correctly whether or not it is in the overloaded state based on the load weight, and its travel in the overloaded state can be prevented.
