PURPOSE: A fuel control system for a boiler is provided to reduce the risk of unstable fuel supply and explosion in the furnace due to unstable fuel flux signals from the flow meter. CONSTITUTION: A fuel control system for a boiler comprises a main control circuit part which outputs a fuel amount main control signal for controlling the fuel amount of the boiler, a fuel flux control circuit part which outputs a flux control valve signal for controlling the flow rate of the fuel provided to a burner, and a fuel burner flux signal stabilization circuit part(300) which outputs a total fuel flux signal about the total fuel flux.
