A relationship estimation device comprises: a radio communication means (100) provided in a terminal which is a mobile object and performing communication with other terminals; a storage means (500) for storing history information indicating the history of the communication with the other terminals; a user identifying means (200) for identifying other users who are the users of the other terminals by other terminal-specific user information received through the communication; a history information update means (300) for updating the history information stored in the storage means; and an analysis means (400) for analyzing the relationship between the users of the other terminals and the other users on the basis of the updated history information. This makes it possible to estimate the relationship between the users with high accuracy.
