PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition containing poly amino acid and anionic polysaccharide for administering lipase inhibitor is provided to maintain pharmacological effect of the inhibitor and reduce involuntary release of oil from anus. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for administering lipase inhibitor contains anionic polysaccharide and poly amino acid. The composition additionally contains lipase inhibitor, orlistat. The anionic polysaccharide is pectin, alginic acid, propyleneglycol, carrageeenan, carboxyalkyl cellulose and its salt, Arabic gum, xanthangum, hyaluronic acid or chondroitin sulfate. The poly amino acid is poly lysine, poly arginine, poly serine, poly glycine, poly aspartic acid, poly aspartic acid, poly glutamic acid, polyalanine or polyornithine. The composition further contains guar gum or locust bean gum. A method for producing the pharmaceutical composition comprises: a step of dissolving or dispersing anionic polysaccharide in water or organic solvent; and a step of gelling the poly amino acid.
