LNG REGASIFICATION FACILTY USING FRESH WATER HEATING

PURPOSE: A liquefied natural gas re-evaporation system using fresh water is provided to carry out minimum operation in case a boiler supplying steam malfunctions. CONSTITUTION: A liquefied natural gas re-evaporation system using fresh water comprises a transport pipe, a liquefied natural gas buffer tank(120), a high pressure pump(130), a fresh water chamber, and a heating unit. The transport pipe is installed to transport LNG from a storage tank(110) to a land terminal. The liquefied natural gas buffer tank is installed on the transport pipe. The high pressure pump is installed at the exit of the liquefied natural gas buffer tank. The fresh water chamber heat-exchanges the liquefied natural gas within the transport pipe. The heating unit heats the fresh water.
