<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polybenzoxazine-based compound having enhanced acid trapping capacity, mechanical and chemical stability, and retaining properties of liquid phosphoric acid at a high temperature, and to provide an electrolyte film containing the same and a fuel cell adopting the same. <P>SOLUTION: The crosslinked product of a polybenzoxazine is a polymerization product of one selected from a first monofunctional benzoxazine-based monomer and a second polyfunctional benzoxazine-based monomer, or of a crosslinkable compound. There are provided the electrolyte membrane containing the same, its manufacturing method and a fuel cell adopting the electrolyte membrane containing the crosslinked product of the polybenzoxazine-based compound. Thus, the crosslinked product of the polybenzoxazine-based compound has a strong acid trapping capacity characteristic for the compound, and since mechanical characteristics by crosslinking are improved and solubility to polyphosphoric acid is eliminated, the product is chemically very stable. The electrolyte membrane produced by using these characteristics has excellent retaining properties of liquid phosphoric acid at a high temperature, and improved mechanical and chemical stabilities. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
