<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting fixture capable of mounting without removing a ceiling bar and easily exchanging a lamp. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The lighting fixture S includes an approximately rectangular box-shaped fixture body 1 which has an opening 1a at a lower side and internally prepares the lamp 3, and a reflecting plate 2 arranged upward the lamp 3 in the inside of the fixture body 1 and reflecting light downward. The fixture body 1 is crossed with a plurality of ceiling bars CB arranged in parallel with a ceiling surface, and is arranged to stride over one ceiling bar CB. The reflecting plate 2 is arranged to move between a normal use position for reflecting lamp light to a designated lighting space and a lamp attachment and detachment position arranged to avoid a lamp attachment and detachment space for tilting the lamp 3 so as to make an end of the lamp 3, which becomes downward in the inside of the fixture body 1 at the time of attachment and detachment of the lamp, come out from the opening 1a to the outside.
