PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition affording a resin molded item excellent in matte properties, weather resistance and thin-color property, a matte agent comprising the resin composition, and a thermoplastic resin comprising the same, and a resin molded item obtained by molding the same. SOLUTION: The resin composition is obtained by dynamically vulcanizing a polymer composition comprising 100 pts.mass of a polymer component comprised of (a) 40-70 mass% of an ethylenically unsaturated nitrile-aromatic vinyl copolymer, (b) 10-40 mass% of an aromatic vinyl-conjugated diene copolymer and (c) 5-50 mass% of a hydrogenate of an alkyl-modified aromatic vinyl-conjugated diene copolymer and 0.05-5 pts.mass of an organic peroxide crosslinking agent.
