<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-use electrolytic capacitor reducing ESL without narrowing the width of a lead even if the linear lead is used. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The electrolyte capacitor 30 includes: an anode side lead terminal 40 containing a lead 40b; tab 40a and a round bar 40c which is the connection site between the tab 40a and the lead 40b; and a cathode side lead terminal 41 containing a lead 41b, a tab 41b and a round bar 41c which is a connection part between the tab 41a and the lead 41b. When the distance between the round bar 40c of an anode side lead terminal 38 and the round bar 41c of the cathode lead terminal 41 of a capacitor element 32 in a rolled state, is P, and the distance between the connection site of the anode side lead terminal 40 to an anode foil 38 and the connection site of the cathode side lead terminal 41 to a cathode foil 39 in the state of spreading the roll of the capacitor element 32 while the anode foil 38 and the cathode foil 39 are overlapped, is r, the relation 0≤r<πP/2 is satisfied.
