摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polynucleotide useful for the diagnosis of esophageal cancer metastasis. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A composition for esophageal cancer diagnosis comprises two or more polynucleotides selected from the group consisting of a polynucleotide having recognizable change in the expression level of esophageal cancer cells with metastasis compared with esophageal cancer cells free from metastasis, its mutant, its fragment, a polynucleotide including a specific base sequence or its complementary sequence, its mutant, its fragment containing 15 or more of consecutive bases, a polynucleotide hybridizing with either one of the polynucleotides under a stringent condition, and its fragment.
