PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device for performing offset cancel by removing a coupling capacitor between stages of amplifier circuits connected in cascade, and to provide an offset cancel setting system. SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit device loaded with a plurality of amplifier circuits connected in cascade includes an offset cancel circuit for adding a generated cancel voltage to an output signal from the amplifier circuit connected just before the final stage and supplying the added signal to the amplifier circuit of the final stage.
