PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food baking apparatus capable of suppressing nonuniform baking of a baking object without lowering the heating efficiency of the object. SOLUTION: The food baking apparatus is configured to include a heat source 13 close to the lower surface of a ceiling 11 constituting a baking chamber 10 for holding a baking object P.
