PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-dispersed pressure-sensitive adhesive composition reduced in coating streak formation on a coated surface and in load on a pipe during pumping and having sheet durability. SOLUTION: The water-dispersed pressure-sensitive adhesive composition is provided which comprises a polymer prepared by polymerizing a monomer mixture containing a (meth)acrylic ester having a 4-18C alkyl group as a principal component and a hydrophilic monomer with a polymerizable mixture containing a mercapto-group-containing silane compound.
