PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter capable of dispersing chemicals on a seedbed of seedlings, preventing seedling transfer inadequacy on a seedling table and properly performing seedling planting work. SOLUTION: The seedling transplanter includes a travelling vehicle body 1, a seedling transfer device 11, and a seedling planting device 13, wherein a granule-dispensing device 18 which has a granule reservoir 15, plural delivery parts 17 positioned right and left and delivering granules in the granule reservoir 15 by a predetermined amount and motors 19 each driving the drawing out parts 17, is provided to be supported by a seedling transfer device 11, a linking mechanism A linking to the driving of the motors 19 is provided near a dispensing position of the granules from the granule-dispensing device 18, and a seedling leaf removing device 60 acting in accordance with dispensing operation of the granules from the granule-dispensing device 18 and acting on the seedling leaves at the dispensing position of the granules. As the seedling leaf removing device 60 does not act when the granules are not dispensed, trouble does not caused in seedling transfer and an improper seedling position is eliminated, so that seedling planting is properly performed.
