A GENE OF PORCINE ALPHA S1 CASEIN, A PROMOTER OF THE SAME AND USE THEREOF

PURPOSE: An alpha S1 casein gene of porcine and its promoter are provided to secrete a target protein in a high concentration. CONSTITUTION: An alpha S1 casein gene of porcine comprises a promoter and 3'-UTR(untrasalted region) and has sequence of sequence number 1. The promoter of alpha S1 casein gene of porcine contains a sequence of sequence number 2. An expression vector contains sequence of sequence number 2, 3 or 4. An expression vecor pBC1-pig αS1 casein(deposit number: KCTC 11324BP) additionally contains selective probe gene, insulator, or WPRE(woodchuck hepatitus virus posttranscriptional regulatory element). An expression vector pBC1-pig αS1 casein+hEPO-WPRE(KCTC 11325BP) further contains sequence encoding the target protein to 3'. The target protein is human EPO(erythropoietin).
