ASEXUAL PROPAGATION METHOD FOR ILEX ROTUNDA THUNBERG HAVING GOLDEN LEAF

PURPOSE: An asexual propagation method for Ilex rotunda Thunberg having golden leaf is provided to increase a grafting success rate by increasing the height of a grafting site and to enable mass propagation of new variety. CONSTITUTION: An asexual propagation method for Ilex rotunda Thunberg having golden leaf comprises the steps of: processing a site grafted with stock by taking scion in a gold Ilex rotunda Thunberg individual with mutation characteristics; cutting the stock so that the cross section of stock becomes 15~60 cm from the surface; and grafting stock by forming a cutting line vertical to the cut surface.
