<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve device in which operation responsiveness and assemblability are imroved. <P>SOLUTION: The valve device is provided with a valve element block 100A equipped with a body having a primary chamber 110a into which fluid is introduced through an introduction passage 111 and a secondary chamber 120a through which the fluid is led out through a lead-out passage 121, and a valve element 130 connecting or shutting off between the primary chamber 110a and the secondary chamber 120a and driven by a driving mechanism; and a flow passage block 100B arranged adjacently to the valve element block 100A and equipped with an inlet port 171 communicated with the introduction passage 111, an outlet port 181 communicated with the inlet port 171, and a one-way valve 192 disposed between the inlet port 171 and the outlet port 181 and permitting only flow of the fluid from the inlet port 171 side to the outlet port 181 side.
