<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring device for a fuel cell, and a fuel cell system which are capable of suppressing reduction of measuring precision and carrying out a desired measurement, and superior in reliability. <P>SOLUTION: These device and system have a magneto static field applying part 113 to apply the magneto static field against a solid polyelectrolyte membrane 511, a downsized RF coil 114 to apply an oscillating magnetic field for excitation against the solid polyelectrolyte membrane 511, and to obtain an NMR signal, an RF pulse forming part 100A to form an RF pulse to generate the oscillating magnetic field for excitation in the downsized RF coil 114, a signal detecting part 100B to detect the NMR signal obtained with the downsized RF coil 114, and a resonance circuit 2 constituted to include the downsized RF coil 114. The resonance circuit 2 is connected to the signal detecting part 100B and the RF pulse forming part 100A, and the resonance circuit 2 has the downsized RF coil 114, capacitance elements CT, CM, and a coaxial cable 21 to connect the downsized RF coil 114 and the capacitance elements CT, CM. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
