<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fashion/commodity trend analysis device analyzing fashion or a consumption trend of a commodity by performing fixed point observation of consumers, and to provide a commodity recommendation device recommending a commodity having large relevance to the fashion or the consumption trend of the commodity to a consumer. <P>SOLUTION: This fashion/commodity trend analysis device has: an image detection means detecting shooting date information and a moving body image included in a photographic image; a visual characteristic extraction means extracting a visual characteristic of appearance of a person from the moving body image detected by the image detection means in association with the shooting date information; and a trend decision means deciding, based on a prescribed decision condition, a time-series trend of the visual characteristic of the appearance of the person extracted by the visual characteristic extraction means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
