<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus for compositing an image while having no inclination in whatever direction a handwriting compositing sheet is placed on an original table. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus includes: a reading means which reads a sheet for compositing a handwritten image and image data; a handwritten image position detecting means which detects a position of the handwritten image read by the reading means; a handwritten image direction detecting means which detects a direction of the handwritten image read by the reading means; and a compositing means which composites the handwritten image and the image data by matching the direction of the handwritten image with the direction of the image data based on the position of the handwritten image detected by the handwritten image position detecting means and the direction detected by the handwritten image direction detecting means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
