<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic bias tire capable of enhancing the steerability of a steering wheel and the stability of rear wheels even when a vehicle travels on a circuit at a high speed without increasing the weight of the tire, in particular, the pneumatic bias tire suitable for a racing cart. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A single plain-woven fiber layer 6 consisting organic fiber filaments is arranged in an extending manner to a side wall part 3 side with its lower end 6a being placed in a vicinity of a bead core 7 while being adjacent to a fold-back part 4b side of a body part 4a of a carcass layer 4 or adjacent to the body part 4a side of the fold-back part 4b.
