<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide controlling device, a guide controlling method, and a guide controlling program capable of reliably grasping guide information according to a moving condition of a mobile body in an entering area of one's own vehicle. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This guide controlling device 10 includes a vehicle traveling form specifying part 11a for specifying an entering area, in which the own vehicle enters, out of a plurality of areas according to boundary information for specifying a position of a boundary between the plurality of areas of other vehicles with different traveling forms and the own vehicle condition, and for specifying the traveling forms of other vehicles in the predetermined entering area; and a guide controlling part 11b for controlling an output of the guide information according to the traveling forms of the other vehicles predetermined by the vehicle traveling form specifying part 11a.
