PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support device for base isolation, reducing shaking to a casing or the like of an electronic device, a vending machine or the like to prevent collapse of the casing, and reduce damage. SOLUTION: In a base isolation apparatus, a downward saucer member is fixed to the lower surface of the casing, a commodity displaying placed rack or a skeleton, a support stand is fixed to the floor surface or a building foundation, and a single or multiple tip members fitted to the support stand are movably abutted on a recessed surface part of the downward saucer member. In the base isolation apparatus, the support device for base isolation is characterized by fitting to the support stand through an elastic rubber, supporting through an oscillating structure part, and fitting casters, supporting by the casters, and making a curvature of a peripheral edge of a recessed part of the downward saucer member smaller than that of the inside to form a stopper part, thereby causing strong damping force in repetitive action and action for eliminating a resonance phenomenon.
