PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a labeling device enabling a shrink label covering a packaged item to be supported without a position gap from a predetermined position until the shrink label is subjected to a heat shrink treatment. SOLUTION: The labeling device comprises a transfer passage through which the packaged item for the tubular shrink label to be mounted on is transferred and support pieces positioned on both sides of the transfer passage to support the packaged item transferred through the transfer passage wherein the packaged item is supported by a pair of at least two support pieces face to face arranged with the transfer passage placed between them to form a support surface comprising the upper surfaces of a pair of the support pieces in the circumference of the packaged item, and the shrink label covering the packaged item is made to contact the support surface and is positioned at a predetermined position of the packaged item.
