PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waveform measurement device that allows a user to instantaneously and intuitively grasp information about a cursor and thereby enhances user friendliness. SOLUTION: A waveform measurement device 1 includes: an A-D conversion section 11 that converts, a signal to be measured that is input thereto via an input terminal T1 into digital signal waveform data; a waveform data memory 12 that stores the obtained waveform data; and a control section 13 that controls a display 20 so that the display can display the waveform data stored in the waveform data memory 12. The control section 13 includes a cursor display 23 that displays, together with the waveform data displayed by the display section 20, an arrow cursor one end of which functions as a first cursor and the other end of which functions as a second cursor and related information related to the arrow cursor, the related information displayed in association with the arrow cursor.
