PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Pachinko game machine with a symbol display device capable of providing a new amusement in a process to winning establishment and providing a new expectation feeling to the winning establishment. SOLUTION: The Pachinko game machine with the symbol display device includes: moving image display switching means for switching and displaying moving images on the display screen of the symbol display device; moving image switching form-determining means for determining whether or not the switching state of the moving image matches with a predetermined switching state; and special game state setting means for setting a special game state of imparting a special profit to a player when a determined result by the moving image switching form-determining means is a predetermined winning switching form.
