PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition for adhesion of polyacetal-based resin having superior flexibility, excellent thermal deformation resistance, molding process workability, particularly excellent adhesion to a polyacetal based resin, and to provide a molded article using the same. SOLUTION: There are provided the thermoplastic resin composition for adhesion of polyacetal-based resin and a molded article using the same, wherein the thermoplastic resin composition is characterized by comprising (A) 5-60 wt.% of a thermoplastic elastomer composition comprising (a) 100 pts.wt. of a hydrogenated styrene-based block copolymer and/or a hydrogenated block copolymer of a conjugated diene compound, (b) 0.01-3 pts.wt. of an organic peroxide, and (c) 1-80 pts.wt. of a carboxylated liquid polybutadiene, (B) 95-40 wt.% of a urethane-based thermoplastic elastomer, and (C) 1-40 pts.wt. of a petroleum resin per 100 pts.wt. of the sum of the component (A) and the component (B).
