摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection method by a magnetic particulate label capable of heightening reaction efficiency of the magnetic particulate label, and shortening a reaction time, by a means for accelerating diffusion of a marker in a reaction solid phase. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This method for detecting a target material in an analyte using a magnetic marker having a magnetic particle whose surface is coated with a non-magnetic metal and a capturing body to be bonded specifically to the target material on a magnetic particle surface, has processes for: preparing the reaction solid phase having on the surface, the capturing body to be bonded specifically to the target material; bonding the magnetic marker to the reaction solid phase through the target material; and detecting the magnetic marker held on the reaction solid phase.
