<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a conventional member fixing device wherein a fixing pin is gradually fallen out with rotation of a rotatable member, in regard to a member fixing device provided with a tapering in a fixing pin so as to rotatably fix a rotatable member by inserting a thin part of the fixing pin into holes of the rotatable member and a fixing member and pressing a thick part thereof into the hole of the fixing member. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A member fixing device such as a portable television set holder includes a holding stand 1 capable of holding a portable television thereon and a base 2 for supporting the holding stand 1. A fixing pin is provided with at least one protrusion and a hole provided near the protrusion. The protrusion is provided to have a diameter larger than the hole diameter of the hole of the member, and structured to be smaller than the hole diameter of the hole of the member by elastically deforming a part provided with the protrusion when passing through the hole of the member and structured to be larger than the hole diameter of the hole of the member after passing through the hole of the member.
