PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a house model enabling a user, when designing a house, to check and recognize the situation of effective spaces (living spaces, storage spaces, etc.) in a house at a glance and facilitate a comparative review and the like on layout changes. SOLUTION: The house model 10 includes: living space modules 11-13; storage space modules 14 and 15; an open ceiling space module 16; and a roof module 17. The living space module, the storage space module, and the open ceiling space module are formed in boxes of nearly rectangular overall shape, and their top surface and side surfaces are constituted of a transparent plate material, and the transparent plate material of each module is different in color. The bottom face of the living space module and the storage space module is constituted of an opaque material, and the opaque material of each module is also different in color. The storage space module and the open ceiling space module are so formed as to be lower than the living space module and equal in height to each other.
