PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging container efficiently executing the refilling work while preventing a spout from being bent or closed during the refilling. SOLUTION: In the packaging container, a spout is formed in one corner of the upper portion of a bag in which peripheral edges of a laminate film having a base material film layer and a sealant layer are sealed with sealant layer surfaces being opposite each other. Very small unevenness having the level difference of ≥1 μm and equal to or less than the thickness of the sealant layer is formed on the surface of the sealant layer of at least the spout and its vicinity, and embosses having the level difference of ≥1 mm and ≤3 mm are formed on the spout and its vicinity.
