<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiver of a notice broadcast system enabling stable radio reception even in a disaster by suitably changing radio broadcast waves for radio broadcast. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The receiver 20 of the notice broadcast system 1 includes: a demodulation section 21 for receiving a radio broadcast signal transmitted via a transmission line 42; an antenna 31 for receiving the radio broadcast signal transmitted as an aerial wave; and a radio broadcast control section 30a for selecting a radio broadcast signal having a satisfactory radio wave state from among the radio broadcast signal received by the demodulation section 21 and that received by the antenna 31, namely the radio broadcast signal of the same broadcast to the radio broadcast signal received by the demodulation section 21, and for performing radio broadcast output by the selected radio broadcast signal.
