<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus which improves convenience according to the circumstances of the user when the interruption function is used. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A digital multifunction machine receives a first image processing request from user A (S11) and starts first image processing requested from the user A (S12). When a second image processing request is received from user B (S13), a control section determines the priority of image processing for the user A who has requested the first image processing already under processing, and the user B who has requested the second image processing (S14). When a determination is made that the priority of the user B is lower than that of the user A (YES at S15), the control section performs second image processing requested from the user B (S16) after ending the first image processing requested from the user A according to the priority.
