<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve performance of separating dust and air in a cyclone dust collecting device and efficiency of catching the dust into a dust collecting chamber, to reduce the height of the cyclone dust collecting device, to efficiently dispose a turning airflow path in the cyclone dust collecting device, and to make a cleaner body compact. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A spiral turning part 15 for turning the mixed air of the dust and air is arranged around an electric blower, and a plurality of communicating ports opened on the wall surface of the turning airflow path in the turning part 15 are provided. Along the turning direction of the turning part 15, a coarse dust collecting part 16 communicating with the communication port on the upstream side among the plurality of communication ports, and a fine dust collecting part 18 communicating with the communication port on the downstream side are arranged.
