摘要 PURPOSE: A photovoltaic cell with a Ti-mesh/tio2 nano powder is provided to improve the efficiency of a solar battery by supplying a first electrode which is formed with an electrode(including FTO) and a light absorption layer. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode is comprised of an n-type semiconductor layer(40) of a titanium dioxide (TiO2) nano powder and a titanium wire mesh (Ti-Mesh) structure(20) of a thin film. The first electrode is near to the one-side of a transparent glass substrate. A dye is absorbed into the n-type semiconductor layer. The titanium wire mesh structure water is comprised of the titanium (Ti) fine metal wire while being contacted to the n-type semiconductor layer. A second electrode includes a catalyst layer which is faced with first electrode and is deposited through platinum. An electrolyte layer(400) is filled between two electrodes.
