PURPOSE: A lighting apparatus for a video presenter and a video presenter with the same are provided to obtain a bright, clear image of an object by irradiating a light of uniform illuminance onto the entire surface of the object. CONSTITUTION: A lighting apparatus for a video presenter comprises a light source(11) and an optical lens(13). The light source emits light toward a stage(30) where an object is placed by being installed at a first acute angle to the stage plane. The optical lens is arranged between the light source and the stage. The optical lens is inclined at a second acute angle between two positions that are perpendicular to an imaginary line and parallel to the top surface of the stage, respectively.
