摘要 PURPOSE: A high-speed laser vision sensor system, a high-speed image processing method and a weld bead inspection method using the same are provided to quantitatively offer information about the shape and the defect of a bead. CONSTITUTION: A slit laser light source injects a laser light on a weld surface of a processed product. A laser vision sensor part(10) includes an image camera. The image camera gets the image of a weld bead by detecting the laser light scanned on the weld surface. An image grabber board(21) receives the image of the weld bead obtained from the image camera. After transmitted image is sampled, the image grabber board converts the image into 3D digital image. The image grabber board stores the converted image in the memory of a computer(20).
